What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is FREE, anywhere in the U.S. Outside of the USA, shipping rates differ. 

Shipping times:

  • Coffee: we roast and ship freshly from Southern California within 1-5 business days of your order via USPS
  • Merchandise: ships from Asia within 1-2 business days of your order

Do Items Ship Separately?
Yes. Items may ship separately, as we have optimized our supply chain to bring the best value to you.

What Size Should I Buy?
Apparel items include size charts, please take the time to measure them as they are made to order and non-returnable.

If you are uncertain, order the next size up as our merchandise looks good oversized. 

Can I Cancel My Order?
We are unable to change or cancel your order as we prioritize maximum freshness and fast delivery speeds. This means automating your orders to our partners.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
We do not accept returns for coffee and apparel, but if there are manufacturing defects, please send us a photo and we will refund you if it is a genuine issue. We do not accept returns for sizing issues as products are made to order.
